The main message of this article is there is no need to suffer in silence, there is help available and there should be no stigma attached to having mental health problems. We should seek help and support. I agree with the article because having a mental health problem should be no less treated as an illness than any other medical problem. It would have been nice to read more about the campaign as I don’t know how to use Twitter or Facebook. Anon
